(Trying to avoid legal jargon-speak)
Please be aware that booking a 'podpad' or a 'bellepad' thro' the www.podpads,com website does not include your Festival ticket. Please ensure that all guests have a festival ticket and the relevant camping passes prior to booking your accommodation.
Exceptions are where the Festival Promoters have block-booked the 'podpads' and have put together 'packages of tickets + accommodation + other festival added value goodies
SPECIAL NOTICE for GLASTONBURY 2010. Please be aware that ALL guests wishing to book and stay in a 'podpad' at this year's Glastonbury Festival must be in possession of a Hospitality ticket. Standard Festival tickets will not be acceptable and upgrades are not available.
Facilities and services and access passes are provided on anticipated numbers staying within the area. Our recommended numbers are max @ 2 per 'podpad' and 4 per 'bellepad'. We recommend staying within these numbers as we cannot guarantee passes over and above these levels.
Accommodation will be available in line with the Festival's main campsites opening times. However, we will always ask that you vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on the Monday as we invariably need to start working in order to clear site by end of the day.
Whilst we all try to avoid cancellations - they are sometimes necessary and we aim to deal with them as below:
Cancellations made within 7 days of campsite opening - no refund available.
Cancellations made within 7 days of ordering - full refund available less deposit (unless order is placed <7 days before the event opens, when no refund is available.
Cancellations made between these times - 50% refund available less deposit.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN THE EVENT OF THE EVENT/FESTIVAL BEING CANCELLED THROUGH NO FAULT OF OUR OWN [e.g. WEATHER, PANDEMIC, TERRORISM, EARTHQUAKE, VOLCANO, STRIKES OR OTHER SUCH CAUSE] - THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN PLACE.
The 'podpad' is certainly more secure than a tent and, we are often set up in bespoke areas with fencing and 24/7 security on the entrance with wristband access.
However, please be aware that personal security is your responsibility and you are in a Festival Field with thousands of strangers. Our advice is to leave precious items that are not totally necessary at home and that you keep all valuables on your person at all times.
We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property on site.
