Update May 2010: We have filled most positions but still need build volunteers for Isle of Wight, T in the Park, Sonisphere, Camp Bestival, Vintage, Creamfields and Reading. We also still need reception volunteers for Isle of Wight, Rockness, Cornbury, T in the Park, Womad and Creamfields. NEW we are also looking for an assistant cooks. The job involves working before and after the festival but not during the festival. We have a vacancy for Camp Bestival, Reading and Electric Picnic. In 2009 we travelled all over the UK, Ireland and even to Holland building podpads and delivering the best customer service in the alternative camping business. In 2010 we will be growing the podpad experience and visiting even more festivals. We are looking for keen, hard working, totally committed, personable, sharing people for 2010. A love of early mornings is essential so if you are the one that doesn't like sunlight as it hurts too much after all that partying then podpads isn't for you. The work is physical and outdoors. It is hard and long during the build-up and take-down but great fun, part of probably the Best Festival Crew of people, and you get to see a lot of Festivals. Are you looking for the best summer job out there? Are festivals the highlight of your year? Do you enjoy working outdoors in all weathers? Practical experience in building, electrics, driving vans and forks etc is an advantage but not essential. Do you enjoy customer service and are you proactive at sorting out all kinds of problems? Do you want to spend most of the summer on the road sleeping in a tent? do you have a lets get on with it attitude, 'the sooner we start the sooner we finish'?. And of course are you mad for festivals? Are you available for most of the summer? Can you get up for work in the morning even if your favourite band were on the main stage last night?

Do you have all of the onsite crew qualities above and in addition would you enjoy liasing with onsite festival organisers to solve unexpected problems?
We also require a cook to keep the crew well fed on healthy food throughout the season. Experience required.
